Skelli
The skelli (Cuon astralis, pl.: skellii) is a mammalian species indigenous to the southern continent. They are a natural prey of dragons and are among the oldest mammalian species known to exist. The northern continent has a large population of skellii; centuries ago large groups of skellii migrated to the northern continent so as to escape predation. A northern-native subspecies evolved to adapt to the cooler climate.
